WISE2015 Briefing Session Two

Exercise Survey

Each company was required complete a Participant Survey to help the WISE2015 Organising Committee understand current crisis management practices within their organization. Answers to this survey will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared or used beyond the confines of the WISE2015 Organising Committee. This survey is intended to help the WISE2015 Organising Committee tailor support and training requirements for facilitators and participants.

On 14 July 2015, a successful WISE2015 Information and Facilitators briefing session for the facilitators was organised at the office of Deloitte.

WISE2015 preparations progressed well and on schedule to deliver the first Hong Kong financial services industry wide simulated business continuity exercise on the 9th of October.

HKFSBCM organised this briefing session to provide more information on preparing for WISE2015.

This session specifically outlined the role of facilitators during WISE2015 to ensure that the experience was fruitful for the participants.

Every registered company was asked to assign a facilitator and attend this session.

Also non-registered companies who were keen to find out more about WISE2015 before signing up for the exercise, were welcomed to attend.

For this briefing, each company could send no more than two participants.
